Star athletes affiliated with the Foundation’s programs speak of the “satisfaction and joy” they get from serving the children.  Dave Magadan himself, when discussing the pleasure he received from the youngsters, says, “Their love for people is totally unconditional.  It shines up at you from their faces.”

It is so easy to share in these special moments with the children.  Volunteers derive deep personal satisfaction from participating in the Foundation’s varied programs as a group leader, special event organizer, or fund raiser. No Small Affair enthusiastically welcomes inquiries from volunteers who are the lifeblood of the Foundation’s activities.
